Refund Policy
Please read the Refund Policy carefully. By ordering Zorba the customer agrees to the policy.
1. A customer may request a refund in the following events:
1.1. If the customer is not satisfied with the technical performance of the Zorba software in predicting Sound Absorption Coefficients the customer shall be entitled to a refund equal to either
1.1.1. The sale price paid by the customer or,
1.2. where Marshall Day Acoustics Ltd has a legal obligation under appropriate legislation applicable within New Zealand the customer shall be entitled to a refund as specified in the applicable legislation.
2. All requests for a refund must be submitted by the customer to Marshall Day Acoustics Ltd
2.1. in accepted written form including:
2.1.1. a letter signed by the customer
2.1.2. a fax signed by the customer
2.1.3. a email message from the same email address as that specified on the customer account.
2.2. within 30 days of the sale OR within the time specified in the applicable legislation
2.3 All material delivered to the customer, including any software media and the hardware protection key must be returned to Marshall Day Acoustics in an undamaged condition.
2.4 Delivery and return freight/packaging charges are not subject to return credit
3. In the event that any refund be made to the customer it shall be made using the following methods.
3.1. any refund of any fees that were paid by credit card shall be processed as a credit to the card that was used in the original transaction.
3.2. any refund of any fees that were paid by any other method shall be by cheque made payable to either:
3.2.1. the name that appears on the invoice for the product or service OR
3.2.2. the name that the customer entered on the online form when completing the original transaction if the customer does not receive an invoice.
4. Nothing in this policy is intended to absolve Marshall Day Acoustics Ltd of its legal responsibilities under any legislation that may be applicable in New Zealand.
